Refund Policy

All sales are final: however, exceptions can be made in some cases. Return authorizations will be made on a case-by-case basis. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee, deducted from the issued refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, if a return is authorized, arrangements and costs of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items;

if you receive an incorrect item or it was damaged upon delivery, please contact us so that we can arrange a replacement or apply a credit to your account. Shaurene,s Rock Shop must be notified of any damaged or incorrect items within 5 business days of delivery. You will not be responsible for shipping cost of replacement products for damages, missing, or incorrect items.
